Delaware County RWD #11 is a rural water district serving southern parts of Delaware County, OK. We primarily serve the areas of Leach, Twin Oaks, Oaks and Kansas and Colcord.
We are a district created by neighbors for neighbors. We continually strive to provide the best possible service, while keeping costs and expenses as low as possible.
